I'll drop the Creatine and pills. Thanks for that info bossman.

After about 2 weeks of screwing off in the gym and 1 week of doing nothing at all, I Just started a new program Monday. I know you recommended avoiding the 10x3 ffl, but I'm trying to cut down more before a wonderful european vacation for wife and I. I wonder how much fat I can lose before May 13thâ...

Well unfortunately I came down with a cold on week 4 day 3 of TWM. However, I still grinded everything out. These are final gains in some of the basic exercises of that program: Skull Crushers 18% Barbell Curls 7% Bench Press 7% Romanian Deadlift 13% (I started too low and am not sure of true 1RM) L...

is it ok to squat with dbs instead of bb??? Also, i ve seen people squatting going all the way down, and others who don't. Which is correct??? Dumbell's work, but once you get to a heavier weight, it is hard to keep the grip. I started with db's myself. Barbell works better since your center of gra...

Stop running until your shin splints are healed. Shin splints are most often caused by poor running form. New runners typically land with a heel strike. This not only can cause shin splints, but makes running harder. When you run your body should be as relaxed as you can make it. Relax your ankle j...

Perhaps biceps are just too weak, but lifting those dumbells up and flipping back into bench position is quite difficult for me. Once I can get above a level of a non-embarrasing weight, I will be going to the barbell. Currently I am using 65 pound dumbells. I figure once I get to 70's ill be good t...

I have recently started working out myself (about 9 months now) and I too sometimes feel a bit queezy/sick/light-headed after a workout. I have found that this usually occurs if I was a bit lighter on food intake prior to working out. Try a bigger meal about 1 hour before you exercise. It works for ...
