ok thanks. food wise im going to try eating as healthy as i posibly can. i know protein in ever meal, fruit in first 2 meals, after that veg.

Ok, it's June 19. I have soccer tryouts on August 15. So I need to get myself into the best condition of life. I need a solid routine for weight training and cardio. And then probably the most important I have to practice soccer A LOT. Can someone help me map out a routine of all 7 days in the week ...

also since your only 14 i think some of that could be baby fat. lol no offense but, you're in what? 7th? 8th grade? You're still extremely young. I don't think you need to concentrate on loosing weight. you will fill out more at you go through puberty.

well in opinion i think hes kinda right. TBT i guess wouldn't be as good if you're trying to be a bodybuilder. but bodybuilder train for appearance not performance. in opinion TBT is much better for performance though. thats just what i think i could be wrong lol.

after soccer games

after soccer games i usually want to work out but, sometimes im tired but not at the point of tired to exhaustion. do you think it would be bad to workout even if i just ran and played soccer for roughly 45-60 mins. im rarely sore from soccer too.

Thought i'm sure that a common vitamin like "One a Days" that u can pick up from a grocery store or whatever they're called would do. Vitamins are vitamins.
