I have had success in the last 6 months by simply reducing meal portions and eating 5-6 meals every day. The real key is unprocessed food in opinion, fresh fruit, lean meat & vegetables with minimal sugar / saturated fat ensures it all comes together. In the first few months i had limited succes...
