ive done both it depends on the person i think some ppl respond better to split programs and some respond better to full body workouts. If your bulking i would tell you full body is the way to go tho jsut a suggestion

this is own opinion and take it as that its based on only a few articles read on it yoga is stretching and not dynamic stretching either its static holds in some positions. id like to say first i believe in dynamic stretching esp before a workout to prevent injury and to warm you up but the static s...

im from canada but most of supplements are ordered from the states... optimen is a three a day vitamen with just three pills where as animal pack is dozens of pills in mind animal pack would be more potent and worse but i dont know havent done alot of research on either if anyone knows any details i...

the animal pack is more potent then optimen and centrum doesnt compare to either in values of nutrients in the bottle so why would you reccomend the animla pack which say take 2 packs of like 10 pills twice a day instead of the optimen im currently taking

i can bench somewhere around 250 i usually do about 235 for 5 and row is about 160 for 5 i train chest and bis, legs and sholder, back and tris

i do but only like about 4 meals a day the other four im eating fairly high carbs which is why im alittle higher bf and bulkier right now when i lean out im saying im going cut down on those prolly jsut in the morning and cut eating much after 6 aside from lean protein

i know i was like 140 lbs and had no muscle im going try to treak it mostly by switching alot of carbs from breads pastas and potatos and such to leafy greens and veggies and then incorporate HIIT and some unhill walking what would you suggest

i can get lean thats not a problem spent half life running i wanted some mass and strength and where im short it goes on quick but its winter here now and im going have the shirt and jacket on all the time so not really concerned about too much wanna get on as much muscle as possible then ill tweak ...

back day consists of different exercises this is a typical day
Wide grip pull ups 3 sets 8 per set
