is an hour a day out on the bike good enough for cardio
and to loose weight
i do a bit on road then of road along tracks and right of ways
cross country so up and down hils and bumps and stuff

hi cheers will try another snack between dinner and tea then
the sea kelp i take is 2 before the 3 main meals so 6 a day tottal i take
the bottle says take 1 before every meal no more than 3 a day
but i have an old friend who said they take 6 a day so what the hell i thought

i think when i have the next blood test will probably get tablets to control it from docs
unless the sea kelp im taking does the trick

i need to lose a stone atleast and was wondering
