still eating pritty much the same as above and have started 5 days a week cardio at the gym for a full hour still o change on the scales yet ? its been about 2 weeks normaly do 20 mins treadmill 20 mins cross trainer 10 mins bike 10 mins rower tottal calories burnt going by the machine things you ho...

cooked roast chicken mixed in with savoury rice
is that an ok meal to have at 6 oclock at night for last meal
then say a bannana at 8

bike riding

is an hour a day out on the bike good enough for cardio
and to loose weight
i do a bit on road then of road along tracks and right of ways
cross country so up and down hils and bumps and stuff
gets me panting a bit along the way

hi cheers will try another snack between dinner and tea then
the sea kelp i take is 2 before the 3 main meals so 6 a day tottal i take
the bottle says take 1 before every meal no more than 3 a day
but i have an old friend who said they take 6 a day so what the hell i thought

not prescribed no
but i take them because i have low thyroid
i think when i have the next blood test will probably get tablets to control it from docs
unless the sea kelp im taking does the trick

can you do to much cardio

as above can you do to much cardio or not
i need to lose a stone atleast and was wondering
is an hour cardio every morning and then a bike ride about 5 mile at about 6pm every day
is that to much
or am i ok to do so and will i notice the pounds drop off fast
eating rice and loads of protein
