3 sets of each with 10 reps.

Hammer Curls
Tricep Dips

100 sit-ups

On Tuesday i do Circuit Training and on Friday i work legs and do some more cardio.

Im looking for ideas on Training.

I have access to a treadmill, bike multigym, free weights and soon a heavy punch bag.

I need a workout routine that can use these but i would mainly just be free weights and heavy bag as i have them at home.

I am finding it very hard to stick to a proper eating plan, due to being out of the house at 7:30am every day and not getting back home till 7-8 at night due to work commitments. How would you suggest i arrange meals?? Time wise and also do you have any ideas for meals as i am a slightly fussy eater...
