Another Breast Implant Question

Don't crucify me for posting here...it's legit! I posted this question under another section, but am not getting any answers. So here it goes... I'm looking for some advice... I've recently started training a woman with breast implants (under the muscle) and she wants to do a figure competition. Bel...

OK, sub-muscular typically have a more natural look and feel than do sub-glandular...but all of this is a bit off point, although a pretty entertaining debate! What I'm wondering is if anyone else has dealt with this and what you've done. Is there really any major concern about the implant shifting ...

Breast Implants and Chest Exercise

Alright, I'm looking for some advice... I've recently started training a woman with breast implants (under the muscle) and she wants to do a figure competition. Believe me, she's made for it! (5'7", 119lbs, 16.9% body fat) All we have to do is build some muscle and she'll be there. Question is,...

You know, I don't really have the loose skin but I do have small stretch marks on the inside of upper bicep. Abs have nothing to do with weight though, they have everything to do with body fat. I first noticed abs starting to come out when I started running. I always tell people when training them,...

Interesting side note... I'm training for a half-marathon and the last two Saturdays before long runs I've eaten oatmeal and yogurt with almonds. I love the oatmeal as fuel, but the yogurt is not working for me. I'll spare you the details, but I've had some SERIOUS stomach issues at the end of runs....

meals...talk to me...

For the past two months I've been trying to add muscle (it worked, by the way)...now I'm increasing cardio to get ready for a half-marathon on June 13th. I train in some form or another 7-days a week (I teach a lot of group classes), so meal plan stays pretty constant. I also have to pack food every...

I hope I'm getting suggestion in on time! I would say oatmeal for sure. I've done the oatmeal thing and you'd be surprised at how quickly that "rolling" feeling goes away, but the oatmeal keeps you fueled your entire run. I was up at 4am eating a turkey omelet this morning, and meeting a f...

own wife HATES to hear about workouts or progress, so I can understand. You have to be proud though, after all...you're the one putting in all the effort!

So, GOOD JOB!

You deserve every ounce of credit for your hard work.

I work for the YMCA, so this is pretty biased...but let me tell story! I've lost around 50 lbs while being a member of the Y. Not just one Y in one city either. I've been a member in Minnesota, Seattle and now Mississippi. Every Y I've ever been a part of has been GREAT! Staff is friendly, members b...

Thanks for the comments. I've been eating more and lifting harder over the last two months in an effort to put some muscle on. It seems to have worked, chest has really come out...but definition has definitely dropped with abs. Overall body fat has remained the same though. I'll try get some new pic...

Really, diet is going to be your biggest thing. Make sure you're eating right, and not too much. Drop all empty calories...alcohol included.
