Re: Will I See Results?
I am a person where too much info is a bad thing. I would get to the gym and go do this then that and then not know what to do next. This is the one area in life that I must plan because I get overwhelmed with all the choices. You have to figure out what type of workout you are going to do and follo...

Re: is walking good enough for obese?
walking... I used to think that walking was good for weight loss when you are obese. I was one of those who walked with friends around the ball field while the children played baseball. Every morning, a buddy would come by and we would walk for an hour after the kids went to school. Walking is well ...

slow lifting
Been toying with the idea of SlowBurn, it is just like other slow lifting, a 10 count up and 10 count down. What are your opinions on this type of lifting? Supposed to only lift once a week, twice if you are an athlete (me) trying to trim down somewhat, I have gained 15 pounds but I am still the sam...

Re: Emotional Eater
Start out by making a list of all the toxic relationships in your life: 1. Parents 2. Friends 3. Food 4. "They", "Them", "others" 5. Self Start working on each one. Actually start working on #5 and 1-4 will look after themselves. Google self-esteem. Well said!!! 2 cent...

Re: Fastest Way To Burn Fat?
in YEARS of trying to lose weight, I found diet is the only thing that makes you lose weight. Working out helps, but is not key because the more you work out the more hungry you are. Working out, strength training, will make your body better, make it so you can do more things and feel good about the...

I started working out so much I couldn't fght well anymore. I was always tired. If that is what is hap...
