The water retention thing could be related to Salt.

I use sea salt on some of veggies, is that a bad thing. I usually do this to add some flavor to the veggies I eat. Is there an alternative to seasoning that I could use for flavor?

I do full body workouts twice weekly, and focus on upper body one day and lower body the next. I was wondering for setting up a workout routine, how many exercises per body part should I do?
