Old post but whatever.

In opinion, anabolic steriods aren't good.

Let's say you make it legal to use steroids in sports. That doesn't mean everyone would use them. I don't think a few glory years are worth a lifetime.

Should you? Not necessary. Could you? Yes.

Ultimately building muscle comes down to your own dedicaiton to your workouts, the foods you eat, and the rest you get.

...Not the money you spend at GNC for the new cutting edge formulas.

Hey, I'm not a professional but here's opinion. First of all, weights 5x a week might be a little much with all the exercising you are doing. It can be done if you keep the workload moderate and eat tons of "good" calories. Gaining about 23 lbs of muscle while burning this many calories wi...

Maybe add another lat exercise to switch things up every once and awhile...widegrip pulldowns are great to develop your lats. And it is easier to vary weight using this machine.

Trying to lose weight? You are right about eating more earlier in the day. Make dinner your lightest meal, meaning meal with the least calories. Be smart about choosing your calories: foods high in lean protein, foods low in fat, and try to limit carbs from sugar if you can. Limiting carbs in genera...

Used to use the stuff several years ago. I think its garbage now for the price and quality.

Google this: Gold Standard's 100% Whey. About as cheap as it gets for the quality of product.

Don't eat crap food, but you can eat more than a piece of celery and a baby carrot. Front load your meals towards the begining of the day. I mean eat breakfast every morning and snacking a little bit during the day. I'm not suggesting skipping dinner, even though I voted that, but eat an earlier din...

But on a serious note, if you're not a bigger eater you need to eat foods that are dense in calories. Eat beef, almonds and other nuts, add olive oil when cooking...in addition to all...

Can't speak from experience but I know people who are happy taking NO-xplode. They take it for a cycling class and I guess it helps them through their workouts. I think it's pricey and wouldn't use it for something like that myself. Another friend of mine who is a great runner takes 5-hour energy sh...

Seems like a training overkill...too many reps sets and exercises. I assume your goal is to 'build lean muscle'. To start out I would think 2 sets of 10 would be more of an ideal plan if you wanted to do all those exercises. And even take out an isolating exercise. No legs and deadlifts? This will a...

Yes you are wasting your money.

Even for the most advanced bodybuilders I don't think its needed.

Since you are a beginner, you surely do not need it. Stick to a clean diet with no junk and high protein. And have a good workout plan and you will get gains.
