I have reduced the number of sets of biceps training.. now I do total 8sets of 8 reps...and I found that biceps are more relaxed after work out than before...thanx for the suggestions... :) I want a suggestion on increasing weight...if I increase weight then I can not perform the same number of sets...

Ab-training- need help

I do
10x4 sit ups
crunches, legs up 10x3 and
crunches alternating legs 4x10
4times a week after warming up...

is this a right program for abs?? plz need ur help...

Here I wanna add that i do the curls with only 20lbs...

am i over training biceps...I think 20lb isn't too heavy

plz tell me what should be programs for biceps....

Increase Weight

recently I've increased weight for biceps workout...but I'm having problem with doing the same number of sets which I've been doing previously...
previously
concentrated curls 15x10
Hammer curls 10x10

now
concentrated curls 10x10
Hammer curls 8x10

Arm muscle

I'm working out from past 3 months... biceps are getting bigger but problem is that the cuttings of biceps are not clear especially the cutting of left bicep is not clear at all, though it got a round shape....plz help me out with some expert suggestion........

Need Suggestion...

I'm working out just from past 3 months..I do biceps and shoulder exercise one day and triceps and back exercise the next day..and the next day i take rest..chest and abdominal exercise is common for every day.... is this a right routine for work out?? I am very much eager to have some expert sugges...
