Re: Creative ways to eat more protein

I wouldn't go for peanuts. They really arent the best of nuts. Go for almonds and walnuts instead. Do you just not like all beans? Ever tried putting chickpeas into a salad? Also, you can get whole grain bread fortified with protein. One peice has about 7 grams. Have two in the morning with some nut...

Re: BOOBS!!

I'm amazed that a topic about boobs has spanned so far. Haha. Wait. No I'm not. Lol. I do not know anything about making boobs bigger, as everyone in family has nowhere near a boob size problem, except too big. So m actually looking forward to getting fitter so its not so painful to run anymore. Hah...

Re: What healthy food should you buy?

I actually find that one of the worst things for a diet is completely denying yourself things. One of the things I have learned is everything in moderation. If you say to yourself, "I can't have sweets, chips, and anything fried", you are most likely to binge on those things. If you say to...

Re: Preparing for surgery

Thanks so much! I should be fully recovered in about 5 months as it is a relatively easy surgery, so hopefully all goes well.

Re: Preparing for surgery

Awesome thanks so much for the quick reply. I will look for an H A supplement next time i'm near GNC. I always though milk was like the super food for bones. Thank goodness I can go without drinking it haha. I hate milk.

Preparing for surgery

Hello, so I am getting a hip arthroscopy on February 17th. Basically, they go in with small cameras and shave off part of hip socket that is tearing cartilage. Then they sew the cartilage up. So, surgeon said it would be best if I was as fit and healthy as possible when the surgery takes place so th...

Its been like that for 3 months and she refuses to take it out...not sure why. Yeah so I got this H2ocean stuff...and it seems to be cleaning the peircing pretty well. I've al...

Button Peircing??

Hey there. I just got mine done yesterday. It didn't really hurt..but I was wondering if anyone can answer some questions (if you have experience in this). What should I use to clean it? Someone said rubbing alcohol, but everywhere I've done research has said that its bad for peircings and slows the...

Yeah friend told me he was a vegetarian, and ate pepperoni pizza. His excuse? It wasn't a slab of meat, so it doesn't count. Wow, interesting.

Haha thanks. Yeah, it's safe to say that the milk was most likely a bad idea. Of course, if horse weren't being a butthead and doing random hopping bucks, it would not have been sloshin as much lol.

Well, I will be back on later to say what I ate today.

Well I am currently very weak.....like, a 7 year old girl haha. So I figure 10lbs will be limit for at least a month. Then when I get a job I will start getting heavier weights. Or maybe a nifty gym membership. Horse back riding is pretty rigorouss work (for the horse at any rate). If you do any po...
