Im 14 and i need some good exercies for back and legs, i dont go to the gym and do workout at home, any ideas?

Thank You very much for your advice. To be honest im not that into lower body exercies. Im more interested in chest, biceps, triceps and maybe forearms. What chest and bicep exercies do ou think are right for me?
