Just mix it with water and away you go. So this is prep week.. I am getting ready to jump in full force on Monday... I have already gotten some great menu suggestions and I tried to read up on protein powder a bit but wow can you say info overload, so this might not be the best one out there, but I gotta start somewhere.... sooooo...........
