Re: How to get rid of this weird fats at middle of stomach?

That is not "weird fats", it is the actual start of fat accumulation in the stomach area. It starts as a small bulge and then if not dealt with through exercise and diet goes on to become a beer . saying by experience :) watch your diet and get some exercise or play some sport. at your age...

How to go beyond losing 3 lbs a month ?

Now that it is summer, I prefer the trails over going to the gym. I walk about 5.5 miles in 90 mins. I do this 6 days a week. I love the trails and prefer this to being in the gym during summer. I tracked progress through June 2013. I lost 3 lbs over the entire month. I had walked the entire month e...

Re: which routine is more efficient for weight loss ?

Try to keep it pretty simple. Can't diet or starve, but am pretty regular with what I eat. BF: Oatmeal w/2 % milk or Cereal w/2 % milk or 1 Egg + 2 slices buttered bread or Bagel + Light Cheese or Scrambled Egg(1) + 2 Sausages + 1 Slice Bread + Salsa Lunch: Chicken Sandwich or Turkey Sandwich or Chi...

which routine is more efficient for weight loss ?

hi, I usually have two workout routines. I have seen some progress but want to see much better results. Over the period of the last 7-8 months, I have lost about 20 pounds. I am currently around 216 lbs and am interested in breaking the 200 mark. I was close to 236 lbs last August, so I have seen so...

Exercise for Shoulder/Arm definition ??

hi,

I am looking for specific dumbbell exercises for achieving the type of shoulder/arm definition.

How to get the line (wide "V") running across the arm ? Will it be achieved by shoulder or arm workouts ?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Re: Need some advice for Weight Loss

Wow! Good work! One teeny comment... I would cut the AM Cardio. You really look like you are overtraining. 45 minutes a day should be plenty (on weight free days). I'd hate to see you burn out or get a stress injury. Additionally, rest is *vitally* important! Without rest you cannot recover! Withou...

Re: Need some advice for Weight Loss

always eat before you w/o. Going empty is no good. Ever. Low fat, complex carbs, protein, something along those lines. going twice a day is a really awesome way to burn out. keep it under 45 minutes. HIIT is usually more like 20. After a weight session you will wear yourself out if you try to run f...

Re: Need some advice for Weight Loss

time to be honest... i am almost positive that you barely have any lean muscle to worry about...your worrying about tidbits that don;t matter when the big things i.e.. diet and wt training is ordianry at best 80% of your results will come from 20% of the things you do train hard and heavy and eat p...

Re: Need some advice for Weight Loss

One more question about cardio, with a weight (fat) loss goal: -Is it better to do 2 sessions of 30-40 min cardio in a day. Since I read somewhere and learned from members here that cardio should be more then 20 and less then 40 mins. -If cardio is the first thing in the morning on an empty stomach,...
