i do this actually. . Interval training and i am very fast (15 km/hour) avg.. but . i am not using supplement netiher steroid or smth. cortisol makes sense since lactic acid is produced. so it explains morning condiition. terribly tired. but whn i load extra carb from veggie etc., i am turning bulk....

thank you both friends. maybe problem is physicologically. but your informations are very valuable for me. and i agree with you. the problem is if i spend during workout less than 45 minutes it s affecting me as if i hadnt done proper exercise. but thanks anyway its really helpful. ill listen and try

its seems good but a little more like circuit training rather than bodybuilding. i personally recommend that you put extra exercise on your weight days. i would put 6 exercise 2-3 sets on weiight days. 2 days curcuit is enough i think.

thanks fitover40 and les wondrful sites and information. i hope i can quit. i am like for 16 yrs in workout and bodybuilding stuff. also i use aşcohol. when i drunk much the other day i feel very tired and dont want to go gym. and whatever i do i cant burn fat.

you consume your energy level. in cardio you use your oxygen supply since it is related with aerobics while when you lift weight you use your ATP supply related with anaaerobic. so if you run in moderate 15 minutes, it will be the perfect thing. you may add weight after that. but if you run longer (...

protein shake is good . i recommend optimum whey. and if you want to burn exra fat you may use l-carnitine 15-25 mnts before gym.

in 20 min dont do wighlifting.do cardio instead to void from injury. for ex 6 min running then 3 sets each, do crunch 20 reps oblique crunch and roman chair leg raises etc.
