im glad im not the only one.i know its crazy counting calories on christmas day and on holiday. I just wanted to be sure,should i gain weight at least i would know where it came from.I have not been doing much working out either because im away from home.but i have been doing alot of leisure walking...

ok i should have posted this before christmas.It had been at the back of mind but some how i thought "NOT TO ME". yesterday, consumed more than 3400calories,of which 1100were from ice cream alone.what i would like to know is what do i do next?or should i just forget it and pretend it never...

Cassie a good part of 20s i was addicted to laxative.Can you imagine walking around with a whole weeks food in your stomach for that long? not knowing laxatives were making things even worse.i was getting all the wrong info and yet the solution was so simple. take more fibre.

last night i had a wonderful dream. i dreamt i was wearing those tiny dresses/skirts tennis players wear. boy did i look good. lol. however when i woke up still chuffed with myself, reality set in and it got me thinking. where does the fat we burn when we loose weight go?

before introducing all bran on diet i used to have problems. now i go everyday,usually an hour or two after break fast.not so long ago i remember a time when if i was lucky i would go once every3days.the norm was once a week.can you imagine?

i love Shwarma. i think its better to make it yourself than buy it. restuarents that sell it usually use white flour.if i buy it i usually eat only the bottom part of the bread. the great thing is that you can control what you put in it. i wouldnt go for fried fish if i were you. to count the calori...

3)this morning was suppose to be hill repeats day.when i got to the spot i warmed up 40like 2min and just a second after starting to run i felt a sharp pain on the front part of right thigh. i stopped immediately and did skipping rope for 15min. that was the end of work out.tomorrow morning im supp...
