dont you do high reps for warm up and so would i just do warm up sets for say the squat not other exercises ?

Warm up sets

If i was going to work legs,shoulders,biceps would i do a warm up set for legs then do heavy set then warm up set for shoulders then heavy set etc. or would i do warm up sets for all muscles and then heavy sets.

What about 3x10 .. full body workouts 2 or 3 times a week

And how much rest between sets ?

I heard that most people dont just have one body type but have a little bit of another one too .. i did a test and it said i was inbetween ectopmorph and mesomorph lol. so is 2 sets of 10 reps enough ? and i did weight lifting about 1 year ago thats when i gained a little bit of muscle but after tha...

How to train

I found out i am inbetween a ectomorph and a mesomorph .. How should i train and how should i eat ?

Im looking to build muscle i have done weight lifting before but only got a little bit of muscle and then couldnt seem to gain anymore.
