Thanks....I meant not take it....i change reps-sets on a four week rotation to help avoid a plateau. Although arms and chest have gotten bigger and lift wgts have increased....I was just hoping to get a more defined look. Maybe it will continue as I drop a little more weight and increase lean muscle...
