I remember in junior year of high school i was squatting 3 sets of 10 at 210 without a belt...I got a good talkin to about "proper safety" while lifting from the coach. i knew i was right tho

And no I haven't tried the 100 push up challenge, but it does sound pretty challenging. I might be able to muster up 100 in a DAY, but thats about it...wait...are we talking clappers or one-arms?? haha jk

Well that depends on the position of your hands...your arms at or wider than shoulder width will work the chest more, but a closer position yields more emphasis on the chest. I'm sure you know this
