lower back pain
I currently work out in gym 6 days a week. I have a well balanced body but there is a pain in back. I have a severe lower back pain while getting up in the morning and then pain slows down a bit by evening whats the reason? Can any one explain me the the reason of back pain and some measures to cure...

I feel that its your passion towards the game that keeps you going, nothing wrong in that. Extra stamina is always good for sports like soccer. Improve more soccer skills in you with that extra stamina will be advantages.

Abs Belt are complete waste. No use trying them, instead go to gym and take proper fitness trainer instructions.
Your abs cant be build overnight, you need to do at least 6 months of regular hard diet and exercise.

If you are finding a problem at your hip, dont try to run too fast instead do jogging. And, go for plain surface jogging rather than running on up-hills or down the slope..

As bossman suggested, that is absolutely perfect diet for you. I think you are increasing more calories, so don't forget to exercise more or else you may become fat.

I thought shoulders are not build up and biceps are week to carry the weight of the body, but it seems that problems with pull ups are faced by many.

I estimated intake of at least between 2000-2500 calories per day. Currently i don't follow any diet, I eat whatever comes way. No control on any kind of foods.I eat four times in a day. First the break fast at 8am then lunch at 1pm, some snacks at 5 and finally dinner at 9. please suggest some diet...
