Gaining muscle is easier said than done. Your genetics have a lot to do with it. But here's the tips that I'd give you: -Perform compound exercises (bench, squats, deadlifts, military presses, etc.). I did the entire program last year. It works well because it is very intense. It puts you out of your comfort zone. You need to step out of your comfort zone to get the results you want.

Definitely nothing wrong with that. Your most likely have enlarged ventricles and an efficient cardiovascular-respiratory integration. You should feel lucky because it takes hard work to get there.
