right chest is bigger i think i do mostly do things with right hand
but left chest feels deflated fatty it has no muscle at all
tell me how to this please or i might be deformed

i am fully aware that dieting is very effective in weight loss but i cant go on any because parents does all the cooking an they will not make someting special 4 me wat should i do ??? and we cook meat like every other day any plz help me
