This site is brill - just found a load of exercises that I can do at home with stretch bands :D Just got to lose a couple more stone but as I am weight training now, I guess result...

Hey Wendy - I had a hysterectomy just over a year ago (mine was keyhole) and they also left ovaries. I did have symptons in the first year of hot flashes etc but that has now passed! You have given me some inspiration - I would LOVE to go into a figure competition (not sure if I can at age tho??!!) ...
