These compliments are helping me push myself!!! Update.....down to 73.5kg now :-) Not a huge difference but bodys at the point where I need to train as hard as I can to see evern just small results, frustrating and sometimes off putting but I need to keep positive because I know the weight will come...

I jumped on the scales today (after a 2 month plateau) and im down to 75.7kgs!! Its not a drastic difference but when you havnt lost any for so long then every gram counts hahaha
