Am i doing it right?
Can someone take a quick look at what I'm eating daily and tell me if I'm doing okay? goal is to lose weight. I currently weight 225 and would like to reach a goal weight of 195. I exercise 5-6 days a week between cardio and weight lifting. Breakfast - Oatmeal & fruit snack - yogurt and nuts lun...
