I found that the HIIT routine is tremendous. It has really helped me as far as slimming down. It is the best cardio workout because it increases metabolic rate for a longer period of time compared to jogging at a slow steady pace.

So I'm trying to lose about 15-20lbs. I lost around 30 a couple years back and haven't visited the forum in a while. I know it's mostly diet that's keeping me from getting the remaining weight off, but I've been very inconsistent with workouts as well, something that I'd like to change and soon. Qu...
