With certain calorie tracking programs out there (mostly electronic now a days) you can put a general stamp on where you stand. Low calorie diets can range anywhere from 2500-1500-1000- and some even under 1000. I talk about some of these diets on blog. Good luck guys http://fitnessandweightlosscent...
