Re: How to burn muscle?
So if I'm understanding you right... you're saying I should change running form and strengthen core and hip rotators? I don't think changing form will be that easy. I've been running this way for years. I'm somewhat hesitant to do so as well seeing as how I never really got hurt before I put on this...

Re: How to burn muscle?
I don't think I have much fat to lose if any. Never really measured body fat, but I've been running between 70-90 miles per week the last four months. weight doesn't ever change, except from fluid loss. I have several pains. I have shin splints, which I believe is a condition of the periosteum ( rig...

I'm currently 6 ft tall and 155 pounds. I went through a phase after high school where I got insecure I guess y...

Re: Overtraining....
1900 calories a day doesn't sound like enough. Especially if you're exercising 4+ days a week.

Re: How many sports players are actually smart in others things
Wouldn't say they're dumb... depending on the sport the culture varies a bit. Most of those athletes you call dumb have the mindset that they're going pro and exert less effort in the class room or major in something that will allow them to place more focus on sport. I'd be as bold as to say having ...

Boswellia powder/capsules
Does anyone have any experience with boswellia extract? Just wanted some feedback on it as I need a substitute for the ibuprofen I can no longer use.

Re: How to get 6pack in short period
They'll never show regardless of how hard you train with ab specific exercises if they're under fat. You need to either: Do lots of cardio ( run, swim, bike, jump rope etc. ) You can't just do ab exercises and expect fat to come off the . Diet. A side note here I also heard from an instructor a whil...

Re: Cholesterol, some useful insights.
Supposedly Lipitor doesn't have any effect on cholesterol. It just happens to have powerful anti inflammatory properties. Most of what I've come across shows that inflammation is the major cause of heart disease. Not cholesterol. Half of those who die of heart disease have cholesterol levels lower t...
