It depends on your current weight, body type (frame) and reason behind this change. If you're already fit and want to just lose weight (the number) then I'd say no. BCAA's can help reduce muscle soreness, then again they can help you push harder during your session so you might end up even sorer! Worth looking into though if you're not using them already.
