Because that's when i get into college again, and those times i kill myself studying all day and all night, i wont have time to make excersices, work out, go out to run, etc...So i want to lose weight in one month to keep with the diet after this month. :D

Hello benton, i dont want to make just one kind of exercise, should i run and jump a rope the same day? or one day running and other day jump the rope? alternating the excersise the whole days of the week.... is getting into a gym the best way to get an exercise routine? i have two curls, what excer...

i eat 2-3 times a day, lunch and dinner always, but breakfast just some times (4-5 days a week). for breakfast i eat cereals with yogurt or a cup of juice (not natural) and bread with eggs or cheese.
