For cardio exercise I use rope jumping, swimming, running and cycling. To lose weight you need to workout at least 20 minutes to increase the heart rate. When I do rope jumping I'm jumping for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds, that's normal cardio training. When I want to lose fat faster I'm using...
