Yup, i massively agree with the carbs comment- reducing carbohydrate intake really helped me get visible abs. However you need to replace it with something- green vegetables are particularly good, as they help fill you up without offering many calories. I also find that a lot of people stick to body...

I am pretty sure this a genetic thing- as long as you make sure you train both sides of your body then you should be ok. Try doing a few more leg raises etc.. and both sides should get more pronounced

A lot of people have this problem- the trick is to give your body all of the nutrients it needs to retain muscle mass, whilst cutting out some calories so that you will start to lose fat- the key is to keep your protein intake high- try and fewer carbohydrates and more vegetables to reduce the calor...
