You might want to check out Phil Heath's line of clothing for more fitted thin tee-shirts. "Gifted is the actual name of the line. GASP is another line you might like.

When I grew up everybody had an Aloe Vera plant at home to use on burns, acne etc... worked great!

AlinShop, Thats crazy, the fly is like the baine of existence!! I actualy like the backstroke MUCH more, I can barely get out of the water on the fly, lol. Most of strength is in shoulders and upper arms so backstroke is much easier for me. I actualy hold the fastest time for backstroke on team cur...

I agree with Bossman, diet is VERY IMPORTANT. Good fats are also a major plus in opinion, to keep the joints well oiled and feeling good.
