This is an excellent idea. I will read and learn. When I feel I have something to add, I will add. Thank you for starting this.

Is there a way to attract more people? It would be a great resource for everyone.

Hi Rat Monkey, This would really help beginners. I spent yesterday and today planning out a Warm Up so it includes all areas of the body. If that would have been on this site, I could have completed a number of Warm Up Stretching and Flexibility sessions. Thanks for the idea! I hope it is approved.

Hi, Thank you very much for the ideas! I'll put them in workout today. I really appreciate your help. If you run across any other ideas, I would appreciate hearing (reading) them. I was told that this would be a 2-3 year rehab and at best I could get 85% of what I had before. I'm a dancer and a ball...

I am in Rehab for the following event: Sept. 11, 2012-Broke Calcaneus (heel bone), had surgery as it was an extensive foot crunch, hospital, 3 months off of it completely, started formal rehab at the beginning of December, I'm at the point where I can walk but I still need to strengthen the injured ...
