I was getting clothes for 2 year old after her shower last night.. and caught a glance in the mirror... it didn't look like butt!!! thoughts were.... seriously?!?! LOL

Felt much better today, way less bloated and I ate heaps yesterday.

I will stop complaining now and just keep persisting haha.

Haha no, no lines over stepped :). We had a bit of a blowout over it this Arvo, so hopefully all good now.

omg, mini victory tonight... doing arm workout and decided.. yeah cause I'm a rebel.. to try doing a squat with 2.5 extra.. Sorry boss man ;P I didn't do too many plus legs feel completely pain free..... but!!! It felt like 5!! I know bar at home might be lighter than the machine I use at the gym......

anytime fitness, makes sense to go there since it's 24 hrs I wont be kicked out again. I didn't go today am just going to do a work out at home and start there next Gym days. I did feel more soreness the next day two days after gym! so that made me happy. I did the cardio/bike .. for 45 minutes then got kicked out for closing at 12 lunch time. :/.. Ive only increased by 5 kilos on leg exercises besides squats... I do a full squat, cause I don't want to stuff around doing just enough.. I increased because I found it easy..

next day, barely sore either, just a little in lower back and inner thighs.. :evil:
