I've been a fan of Beachbody's stuff for a while now, and this seems like a lot of fun, but I'm worried natural lack of rhythm might get in the way of workout. Has anyone tried it? I've done a few different beachbody programs with friends and even mom and they have all helped shape butt! Your routine sounds great I would watch calories and try to consume the same amount per day because that is the best way to lose weight.
