Hey all, I just have a quick question that I wanted to pose to you and maybe you could help me out with decision making process. I wanted to lose some weight, but like most people, diet and exercise were working slowly but surely. So eventually, you start looking for some things to pick up the pace....

I think that the first few sessions are certainly worth it – you are going to learn about how to exercise and how to do an exercise right. Especially when you first day, doing something ‘juuuuuuust a little wrong’ could lead to serious injury, which would ultimately lead to you being less motivated....

I disagree with the first poster – I think that the color certainly makes a difference. Even though healthy teeth are supposed to be a bit yellowed, I think that we have this notion that white teeth are a beauty ideal that we cannot get away from. From what I have read, most of the treadmills are set in such a way that they will indicate the absolute maximum that you can lose during that period. This actually sounds very interesting in relates to a HITT routine, I might try something like this on the days that I am not exclusively focusing on cardio to get in better shape. Just looking at this routine I can tell that it is going to kick butt though.
