I would say that a 1 month meditation retreat would have the effect of making you more accepting of the current appearance of your skin. Especially if you are contemplating impermanence, yes? Practicing self-compassion can also have this effect.

Welcome Apoel. I am also new to this forum. But I think if you do a search (upper right hand corner) you will find a good amount of info on Whey Protein. I'll just add, that some people have a concern with Soy Protein, especially men (soy isoflavones acting as estrogen) but I personally tend to mist...
