sorry for the delayed response - life has been chaotic lately...but slowly returning to normal
I was on BC for a while but it jacks up blood pressure and I have heart disease in the family so it wasn't a good option for me.

urologist wasn't concerned (labs for him all came back normal) but GP sent me to a Nephrologist to see if we could stop the kidney stones from forming - the guy didn't even have workups in front of him but he wanted to put me on water pills (for the rest of life!!! :wowzer: :shock: )! I didn't do much of anything this past week because I twisted knee on the ice and needed to let it heal - even the pt was aggravating it. Fall down :Hahabonk: ...get up :sunshine: Sunday 1/18 Med 10 min PT - slow and methodical QiGong Balance Walk - at 20 min the knee started acting up so I stopped

still a little achy this morning so I will use the time to check out videos to confirm technique (I hadn't thought about that)

I've been doing good for the past few weeks - working on a body weight based ex program that Boss Man recommended (squats, lunges, bent over rows, pullups, shrugs, and plank - 2sets of 10 reps and 30seconds on the plank). I had slowly progressed from no weights 1set, to no weights 2sets, to 3 lbs on...
