Definately every single machine at the gym has one purpose depending on the body part now you DONT have to use all the machines ...and what I have found by years of going to the gym is this...If you wanna do the normal routine is fine cause eventually you will get in shape now let me ask you this......

ok this is a simple way to start up. 1st week= Lift lighter weight and 20 min cardio... 2nd week= monday - Do bíceps and tríceps---tuesday do shoulders and chest...wednesday do JUST LEGS but not too heave though---thu you do the back part ........at the end of every day add 20 min of cardio. 3rd wee...

To be honest is not that bad to take a break of 1 month since the muscle will have full time to recover.Also you already did the job so the muscle keeps the memory for you so by the time you come back you will be fine!! :D ...And even better once you come back your body may respond faster ...you wil...
