Almost every step that I make, I feel slight pain and if I turn body to either left and right, I feel pain too. When I take a break for a couple of days, knee gets better. I am outside of US and ...

How to Shoe's Heel?

Hello. I have bought ASICS running shoes and have been running for 40 minutes with no issues. Then distance changed and now I walk fast for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. I have noticed that heel became sore with time until I could no longer wear those shoes. It appears as shoe's back rubs spot about ...

Carb to Fat Storage Threshold - How Much Sugar is Too Much?

Hello, Some of advice I hear given on YouTube as an example in videos about calisthenics is that if you want to have a lean and muscular body, you must eliminate carbs from your diet. I learned recently that carbs come on 3 forms i.e. starch, sugar and fiber. I believe that sugar is the worst form b...

Re: Do I Need to Completely Cut Out Sugar to Get Flat ?

Switching to natural sugars is a better alternative than processed sugar and also limiting sugar is also beneficial, but you don't need to have absolutely no sugar, unless you have a medical condition like an IBD where you are suggested not to consume sugar. On the package of white sugar I noticed ...

Do I Need to Completely Cut Out Sugar to Get Flat ?

Hello, Trying to get your opinion on whether one must cut out sugar completely to get flat . It's something I recently heard spoken in online community. What I know is that due to how quickly sugar is absorbed there is a certain amount that liver can handle before the rest of sugar gets absorbed int...

Can Short Pre-Exercise Weight Training Stimulate Body?

Hi, I have noticed that sometimes I feel like exercising and sometimes I don't. When I do, I experience "fricition-free" exercising. I feel good, no pain or discomfort and time flies fast. When I do not feel like exercising, its the opposite of what I described. I think I pinpointed what c...
