I think I'm becoming obsessed.....
I'm down to 8 stone 13 which is 126 pounds from 10 stone 9 which is 149 pounds since November. weights gone up n down during this time between these 2 amounts but I think I've over analysed this coz I jump on the scales everyday as soon as I get up in the morning (and sometimes in the day too) well ...

woo hoo I've lost 2.5 pounds I'm down to 127 pounds I won't let anything beat me!! Having a day off training today and just plan tomorrow's day, like you say one day at a time!!!

Thanks B I know what to do but if the drugs are to blame myself esteem will be shot to pieces. I get a real buzz out of training which obviously helps the depressive side but I don't get that I get mania it's great at first but there comes a time when your mind and body says ENOUGH!!!

:huh: I know muscle is denser than fat so scales are not really a good indication of weightless/body shape change and mine do have a fat monitor on which I average out through out the day coz it gives different readings according to when I weigh myself. I still have 6 pounds to lose till target. Now...

To be honest I love milk as it is and drink about 4-6 pints of it a week including in porridge skimmed that is. I sometimes just have a glass as a snack......

Sorry one more thing I'm doing bar weights tomorrow so no tea In the morning lemon n warm water yoghurt and a banana with milled flax seed for breakfast....... Sound good?

Sorry Hun I just couldn't recall the bad bits of what you said and it was hard to understand it's just you' reads about caffiene supplements says caffeine improves performance etc which from what you say can hinder it and id rather know the facts coz mate, I've got a hel of a journey due to overcome...

Hi I'm on bipolar meds and they seriously made me put on weight I was 8 stone and went up to 10 stone 9 by last September and I hated myself even more because I have always trained and been fit..... Anyway meds were changed and I started training again ate healthy stopped alcohol upped weight traini...

:wowzer: well I went to bed at 8pm after a bbq we had as it was a nice day we had some really healthy lean meat like chicken breast & veggie kebabs, ostrich and kangaroo steaks and an ostrich burger.... I didn't eat the whole lot by the way I stopped when full but it did eat 2 chocolate cookies ...

Hi I warmed up for 5 mins then did 20 ins of HiIIT on treadmill 5 min cool down now i heard blueberries and natural low fat yoghurt for the antioxidants and protein are good for muscle recovery. I just had this did I make a good choice?
