Just started swimming recently myself. I'm not great at it yet but I am building up stamina and ability. I started out not even being able to put face in the water, lots of progress for me!

I know it's been a few months but I just wanted to follow up and let you all know what I got. I went with the NordicTrack 1750 ( https://www.treadmillreviews.com/nordictrack-commercial-1750-treadmill-review/ ). It's been great for me, especially now that it's starting to get to be too hot to run out...

You're right, insulin triggers fat cells to take in glucose, which is sugar. They do this to be used as energy or to be stored as fat, if you don't use the excess glucose as energy then it will be stored as fat.
