I also tried MyFitnessPal, but personally I prefer the app Yazio. It tracks calories really precisely and has a huge database for food. I love their design and from experience the database is more accurate. You can get all information here: https://www.yazio.com/en

Yes, I also think it's milia as that's very typical around the eyes. Have it too! However I still don't know how to get rid of them. Usually they simply disappear after some time.

I agree with doing cardio instead! It's what works best for me and I really do feel better afterwards!

I try to get 7-8 hours every day. I feel really bad if I only sleep about 6 hours and usually get a headache. Would love to need less sleep though!

I used to do this too! I found that it impacted sleep quality as every time I looked at it, I would count how many hours sleep I had left, thus stressing I couldn't fall asleep.
