Just find an activity you enjoy doing (Boss Man's schedule seems great to me ), and eat more fibers and healthy foods in general, and you'll see the improvement in no time.

I also think it's not a problem if you want to use protein shakes, protein actually speeds up the process of weight loss if taken in moderation, so you can use them if you want.

It's because of the muscles. :) When I first started exercising and going to the gym I did it because I wanted to lose 2,3 kg and to be more fit. Hi! :) I agree with Boss Man, and think that you should reduce your time in the gym, that's probably the source of your hunger. But also, based on experience, if I don't eat every 3.5/4 hours, there's a risk I'll binge it, and I'll want to eat the worst junk food out there. What works for me is that...
