Just find an activity you enjoy doing (Boss Man's schedule seems great to me :) ), and eat more fibers and healthy foods in general, and you'll see the improvement in no time. :)

Hey John,

I also think it's not a problem if you want to use protein shakes, protein actually speeds up the process of weight loss if taken in moderation, so you can use them if you want. :)

I've been using magnesium http://www.ausnaturalcare.com.au/health ... um-is-best for a while now, and it really helps to relieve muscle pain.

It's because of the muscles. :) When I first started exercising and going to the gym I did it because I wanted to lose 2,3 kg and to be more fit. I ended up having more kilograms that when I started (started with 55, ended up with around 60, depending on what I eat, but it's always 59,60 or 61), and...

Hi! :) I agree with Boss Man, and think that you should reduce your time in the gym, that's probably the source of your hunger. But also, based on experience, if I don't eat every 3.5/4 hours, there's a risk I'll binge it, and I'll want to eat the worst junk food out there. What works for me is that...
