Thank you Boss Man. I didn't know that about decaff coffee.
It's quite useless anyway. Also you're right about lactose. I went off lactose for a week recently and could clearly see a difference in energy levels.

Tips for dealing with tourettes in the gym

So basically after 2 years I decided to go back to the gym again. I've been working out at home in the meantime. Even though I really wanted to be at the gym, it just didn't workout because tics were really bad. Now they've gotten much less and I want to take another shot at it. So here's the thing....
