Re: yoga exercise helpful for everyone

I think that yoga is great supplementation work for athletes. In case, I practice muay thai, and it has helped me in three key areas: breathing, focus and flexibility. Even though I only do it 3 times per week in 1-1.5 hour sessions, it still pays off big time. However, I started doing it during hol...

What are your favorite skincare products?

Even though skin health is great due to diet and enough sleep and rest, I always like to explore new ways to enhance what I already have, in this case, I want to make skin look even better. I'm currently using Sungrace , because skin has always been sensible to most skincare products (including norm...

Re: Any gym in Koh Samui that you can recommend for weight lifting and muay thai?

Ok, I started to look on own and so far now I've found this gym that looks pretty fine: https://www.kohfitthailand.com/ because they have good facilities, a nice weights gym and muay thai classes. It is favorite candidate at the moment, but I will keep looking. C'mon guys, give me some help, because...

Re: Need help toning up the stomach area

Boss Man is spot on, and I'd add some isolate abs exercises to your routine as well: toes-to-bar leg raises and work out using a ab wheel roll.

Any gym in Koh Samui that you can recommend for weight lifting and muay thai?

I'm posting this here because I'm seriously wondering if there is any good gym in Koh Samui (Thailand) that has the necessary equipment for weight lifting and that offers decent muay thai classes. I'm going to travel there and stay for 2 months, because why the hell not, I just want to stay away fro...

Testosterone boosters: what do you think about them and which ones do you recommend?

I don't really feel like I have low T, because habits are spot on, I remain consistent and I feel amazing overall. I feel strong, life is excellent and I feel clarity and vitality thorough the day. However, I'm always looking for an "extra edge", and I think that these boosters may be exac...

Re: Going nuts with manboobs - Carbs, fats

I know this thread is old, but I hope that others find it useful: the root of your problem is low testosterone, and of course, excessive body fat. In some cases you will need surgery, but if you don't, then all you need to do is to focus on increasing testosterone and you can do so by fixing your di...

Re: Do protein shakes help you in weight lifting?

You can get protein from animal sources without problems. I'd say that protein shakes are only helpful if you have problems getting enough protein during the day (ex: your life rhythm is too busy to plan all of your meals properly) or when you don't really want to eat a full meal yet you need to hit...

Re: Is swimming a good exercise?

I like to swim every now and then, but if your goal is strength, then I'd not make it the main part of your workout. You can use it after training for relaxing, or during your rest days at a slow pace, so you can remain active.

Re: 18, Need advice

Honestly, I'd add other exercises like pull-ups and chin-ups. Furthermore, I'd also incorporate the weighted version of each, and worry not, because they will work most of your superior body.
