Re: Testosterone boosters: what do you think about them and which ones do you recommend?

Let's face it, if you're feeling as good as you say you do then I don't find the need for you to take an "T-Boosters." Don't go trying to something that ain't broke.

Re: Is the C25K an effective workout plan if I'm focusing on losing weight?

Truthfully, any exercise regimen will help you lose weight along with a consistent caloric deficit. I'm not sure how much you currently weigh but when I was at heaviest running was very taxing on joints. It wasn't until I dropped 30 pounds or so that I began to run again with less pain.

I don't mean to alarm you but it seems that your link leads to an error message. Is the company out of business?

Re: Essential yoga supplement to boost your energy.

Forgive me for ignorance in this matter, but I was under the impression that yoga is a low impact, low exertion exercise. Is it really necessary to be using supplements to assist in your yoga practice or are these more for general wellness but would also assist in yoga? Thanks.

Re: Do you exercise with an electric bicycle?

Truthfully I would take a different approach to the electric bicycle. I would utilize a bike powered entertainment system where you could only watch movies while you were using the bike that powered the system. This would be an interesting twist to say the least.

Re: cheat day?

Boss I have found that changing the approach of this is crucial. The connotation of a "cheat" day is typically negative and I know many people that associate a ton of guilt with it. Speaking to a few of them and discovering a podcast I've found that by simply changing the name from "c...

Re: POST SURGERU

cs? Cesarian Section I'm assuming but I'm not sure. If that is the case I would be very wary of anything intense because your body can take a tremendous amount of time to heal and readjust. I've met some that are 18 months out and are still having issues. Whatever you do just make sure you ease into...

Re: What are your favorite skincare products?

All in all skin health is very well as far as I can tell. I use coconut oil to oil beard and any residual oil left on hands I rub into scalp as I usually keep head buzzed down and wear a bandana almost all the time. This helps scalp from drying out. Anything left after that I just rub into arms and ...

Hey Nadira, welcome. Since you specialize in yoga what would be the best beginners pose for sciatic tension in back?

For your lower body I would suggest pistol squats. I find them to be difficult and definitely a good work out. Also jump squats.

Re: Two Workout Program: Help!

I'm with the BossMan on this one. The first link is incredibly advanced and could cause injury if you're not accustomed to burnouts. I do have a concern with the second link though. It requires a significant amount of equipment to accomplish. If you are at a gym this may cause trouble due to a lack ...

Re: Need a little help

As far as I can tell a lot of newer studies are showing that less cardio is more beneficial for your overall health. I think it has something to do with your body breaking down your muscle for fuel instead of the fat. But truthfully this info can literally change overnight. The article I found is he...
